Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Contact us for Return/Replacement within 5 days from the date of delivery. In case of damaged/faulty product, please contact us within 2 days from the date of delivery.

2. Antheia Essentials will respond to your request in 2 working days.

3. If you have bought our products via other vendors like Amazon then you will have to contact them only for their return and refund policy.

4. We will refund or replace the products only if they are purchased from our website and are found to be damaged, faulty, expired or wrong product delivered.

5. We will provide you with refund only if you make the payment online while purchasing the product. The product must be in original condition and unopened to be entitled for a refund. We shall make the refund to the original mode of payment.

6. You must include the proof of purchase while returning your order. This will make things easy for both of us.
